You can request account and associated data deletion without installing or reopening the app.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to Yupzap and open Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the explanation, type DELETE and confirm.

Request deletion on the web

Email [email protected] with the subject Yupzap account deletion request. Include your Yupzap username or registered phone number with country code so we can locate the account. We will verify ownership and confirm the request outcome. Never send your password, PIN or OTP in email.

What is deleted

Your active profile, login sessions, owned uploaded media, posts, follows, settings and verification application are removed. The content of messages you sent is marked deleted. Other users' accounts and independent content remain. Copies others downloaded outside Yupzap cannot be recalled.

Records that may remain

Billing and transaction records, abuse reports, security records and audit evidence may be retained separately for financial obligations, fraud prevention, investigations, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Retention depends on the applicable obligation; ask support for the period relevant to your request. Backups may contain older copies. These records are not used to reactivate your deleted profile.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not by itself cancel an Apple or other payment-provider subscription. Cancel renewal through the provider's subscription controls before deleting your account, or contact support for help.
