Report a problem or get help
Open Yupzap and go to Chats. Open the Yupzap chat at the top and tap Report a problem. Choose a topic and tell us what happened. Tap My tickets to check on a request.

Open Yupzap to report a problem, report an account or get help. Our team replies inside the app, in your Yupzap chat.
Report an account
Open their profile or your chat with them, tap the menu and tap Report. For a post, tap the menu on the post and tap Report. Reports go straight to our safety team.
Follow your reports
Go to Settings, then Help & about, then Your reports to see private receipts and review updates.
